IMPORTANT: WE DID NOT CALL YOU. Our phone number was hacked by a method our technology service company advised us is called "spoofing." We do not engage in any type of unsolicited phone calls (or door knocks) and NEVER have.
If you receive an unsolicited phone call that purports to be originating from our company, we encourage you to hang up and BLOCK the number. We apologize on behalf of these phone pirates, and are doing everything in our power to try to stop the use of this technology in this manner. We have reported the problem to the authorities in hopes of stopping the pirating of our number as soon as possible. Thank you.
Please note, more information about "spoofing": Telephone networks often provide Caller ID information, which includes the caller's name and number, with each call. However, some technologies allow callers to forge Caller ID information and present false names and numbers. Gateways between networks that allow such spoofing and other public networks then forward that false information. Since spoofed calls can originate from other countries, the laws in the receiver's country may not apply to the caller. This limits laws' effectiveness against the use of spoofed Caller ID information to further a scam.
